Alternating Pressure

Does anyone know trick of alternating pressure on roof of mouth and between eyebrows to ease nasal congestion?
I saw this the other night on some link thru googling but can’t get it again. It did seem to have a minimal effect, actual, and I’d like to hear more details. Thanks!
Never seen that one, but a trick taught in my respritory class was
placing the index finger between the 2 eyebrows on the nose
the thumb on the right nostril and the middle finger on the left nostril (right handed person)
