Bed Comforter Sets Queen

Any suggestions for a comforter that is too short?
I have a queen bed with a double pillow top matress. I bought a queen set of sheets that fit fine (deep pocket). when I put the dust ruffle and the comforter on the bed, the matress shows (not sheeted, you can see the actual matress pad). Any suggestions?
I am guessing it is the box spring that is showing..get another dust ruffle and place it on top of the box spring..it will look fine.
