when should i put my 3 month old twin preemies in a crib?

my twins right now stay in our room in separate bassnets they used to be cobedded but my boy scooted over and had his head almost on my girls face so i had to separate them a little at 1 month i was just wondering when i should put them in their room in their cribs and not have to be up all night with them you see they have got real bad colic so anyways i was wondering also when they will sleep mostly through the night and any tips on waking up when they cry in another room when my husband and i are hard sleepers just any advice on these questions will do thank you!! and also when is it okay to stop swadding them and using a comforter
they have been away from me they were in NICU for 1 month and about the colic they eat 24k/cal

I swaddled my daughter until she was about 5 months and I started putting her in a sleep sack. Comforters aren’t safe in the first year.

In terms of moving them to their own crib, it’s whenever you’re ready. 3 months is a great time to try to get them transitioned to their own space and try to get them sleeping through the night. Try putting them in there for naps and work your way over. It’s ok for them to cry a little at night, it’s important for them to learn to self soothe.
