I can not sleep in the same bed that my husband !!… emit much heat, too! HELP?
Sometimes we share a large double bed with a pillow between us the body and I'm so hot when we turn on the air and then complains about being so cold. I can do is to keep calm when I'm near him? or anything I can do? I even have a "Chillow" (a pillow filled with cold water and always keeps his head or the body of it), but still not enough! Worked once and now it seems even hotter. Our wedding is in July ….. Thanks for helping us
I am same problem. In general try to buy the leaves that are thinner than a cool place to be when you go to bed. I have a beautiful blanket / quilt that usually do not use, but my boyfriend. While keeping the heat at night. Whatever season it is, I bring something fresh to bed.
