Bad news for banks?
This is the third time that an unauthorized transaction took my name in a month. The first time was a victim of identity theft and someone has used information from my credit card to make purchases by telephone. The second time (I remains a challenge) a representative of the collection agency said he had spoken to me and gave me give him permission to withdraw $ from my account. This time is the last straw.
