Insect Bites on legs while sleeping?
My kids have been getting bites on their legs while sleeping for 2 days now. It started when I bought new comforters for them from Walmart and the next morning they woke up with bites on their legs. They sleep in the same room in a twin bed and a trundle. I vacuumed, returned the comforters, washed their sheets in hot water, detergent, and vinegar. The next morning there were a few more bites. I called the exterminator and he looked for signs of bed bugs, but couldn’t find anything. I saw 1 bug the first night on my child, it was really small and black and elongated, and I killed it but didn’t keep it. Has anyone had this problem and then resolved it? What was it? Please help!
Most insects that bite you at night you never can find in the daytime. I have had the same problem and it is always a mystery to me. I use my vacuum cleaner under the mattress and bed because I was bitten on my face and legs and the next morning, I had bite marks and swelling. I wish I could give you more advice but the vacuuming has helped me.
