Baby Nursery, what color to paint walls, considering two toned walls or an accent wall, check out the bedding?

Babies eye sight isn’t very developed, so they really have a hard time seeing pastel colors. So I would suggest painting using bright primary and/or secondary colors. Or very contrasting colors. They see black and white very well, so checker board/strips/zigzags in black and white really helps to get their attention and helps their early brain development.
With that bedding I am guessing it is a boy?
It might be nice to paint the top part of the wall blue (you can pull out a bright shade from the bedding) and the lower half a contrasting color orange. Or alternating stripes of blue and orange. Or the top part of the wall one color and the bottom half stripes of multiple colors from the bedding. You could put up moulding/chair rail moulding to separate the top and bottom. Or use a really cute boarder that matches the bedding to separate them. Or stripes of lots of colors from the bedding.
