Could anyone help me with my story? 10 points?
Its a love story, based in the early nineteen hundreds, but the all around gist of it is that Alice (the main female character) falls in love with a doctor, (William,) after she falls and breaks her leg. She has to stay in the hospital for three days to make sure there is no chance of infection. That’s where the love story takes off, but I need to give them activities to do while she is stuck in her bed. I can’t just have them sit around talking, I need it to be romantic. What can I put into my story to make it really romantic, where you fall in love with the Male character, like a Mr. Darcy, or an Edward Cullen, or something like that? Help? Well, it all depends on how the character ‘Alice’ and the doctor ‘William’ are. For instance, ‘Alice’ could be one of those independent people who doesn’t want to be made a fuss over — so you could have it to where she tries to leave but he stops her (carrying her back to the room). You could also give them that love/hate relationship, letting tension build up along with a sense of affection. Play around with things, go look at movies, and read some books until you get an idea (just be careful not to copy anything, you want your story to be original).
