Down Blanket

How do I know if I'm allergic to my blanket down?
I had covered about a year. I developed this rash on her face makes two weeks. It started as a small skin color bumps in an area then began to spread. Now, the first series of strokes begins to itch. (This is not acne), then I realized last night that's where I put my blanket. So I took a group and Benadryl cream hydracortizone used only if it was an allergy than normal and did nothing. Would this be?
Did you wash the roof recently? If so, could wash the soap, softener, or anti-static product that caused the reaction. Of course, there could be many other things. Remove the lid and out of bed in the room for a week and see if there is no difference. It would be a good way to say it.
