What do I do if I over dry my egyptian cotton sheets?
I got my mom 1200 thread count 100% egytian cotton sheets for mothers day and thought I would wash them before I give them to her to make them as soft as possible so I washed them on delicate and dried them on low for 45 mins and when I took them out theyre over dried and not soft!! Please help! I dont know what to do to make them soft agian!
My recommendation is to rewash the sheets alone with no other garments as you did, use fabric softener. Put them in the dryer with a dryer sheet for a small amount of time until they are slightly damp and let them dry. Then iron them, it can actually make them softer. Good luck.
