Flannel Duvets

Does heated water bed collect condensation in 70F room? How can I sleep dry?
Have had heated wbeds for 20 years, nothing has changed in bedroom, never had this trouble before. I have several layers of cotton flannel and synth-filled duvets between body and bed. Climate is dry, temp. is 60 to 70F. Dew does form on car windshield.
I bet you lunch it is a very small pinhole in the bag! Sometimes a very difficult thing to find, being so small!
