Fuzzy things all over my comforter?!?
One of my comforters has these little fuzzy things all over it and although it was dry cleaned recently, they’re still there!
I can’t really describe them other than little fuzzy things, but they’re like all over my comforter and it’s definitely one of my favorite sets and I feel like I can’t even use. During the afternoon, when the sun is shining it’s brightest, you can pretty much tell that they’re there.
It’s not bad quality at all (being Lacoste) and I’ve practically tried EVERYTHING. I’ve tried those lint/pet hair rollers, among a few other common things to remove persistently, annoying small objects that cling to cloth materials.
I just hope it isn’t ruined because it’s not in stores anymore and I can’t replace it (and I got it on major sale with one Macy’s sale things… like 300 bucks for the entire set :S). So PLEASE, somebody help me!!!
It sounds like the fabric has “pilled.” If so, then the solution is to buy a sweater shaver and shave them off. Sweater shavers are quite inexpensive (even cheaper at garage sales.)
