King Duvets Covers

What is the best way to change a super king size duvet cover?
I have resorted to using 2 single duvets on our bed because I find it so hard to change the cover with this massive duvet. And the damn duvet is taking up a huge amount of space.
I practically end up inside the duvet cover when I try to change it. There has to be an easier way.
I change mine like this: Turn the duvet cover inside out and put your arms inside the open end until your hands are holding the top two ends at the corners. Then, grab the two ends of the duvet and give it a good shake. The duvet cover should start to cover the duvet. Continue by pulling down the sides of the duvet cover down to the bottom and button or clip the fasteners at the bottom. You will probably have to give it a few more shakes to get it to its proper shape. I find that works fine for me
