Regarding 100% polyester microsuede duvet covers, can I wash in washing machine even though tag says Dry Clean
Purchased at Bed Bath Beyond. Tag says Dry Clean only. Please advise or direct me? I don’t want to dry clean bedding.
i have the same exact thing.. i got it as a gift.. but i use mine for a full size sofa, because my sofa isnt that comfy.. but i can fit in in my washing machine.. and i just run it on delicate and it comes out absolutely fine.. if u have one bigger then full size, i’d recommend going to the laudromat so it will get cleaner because more room and more water in the big machines and i am prettty sure they have a gentle cycle on those too. also.. if it is a nice day out, i hang mine out until about 4 and then bring it in and if its still damp throw it in for a half hour or so.. that way it doesnt suck up all your electricity – if its winter and i have to wash it, it usually takes about an hour and a half JUST to dry it..
