Moroccan Sheets

What material could I use for an outdoor cornice board?
I have a screen porch decorated in “Moroccan” theme. I have outdoor curtains hanging around the outside edges of the screen porch. I would like to use a cornice board but cut it into a Moroccan pattern then cover it with fabric and tassels. I would hang it in front of the curtain rods to hide them. Since this is an screen porch it would get some moisture from fog and wind and rain. I am hoping to find a sheet of thick enough plastic or other material that I could easily cut into the pattern and cover.
Any ideas?
Get 1/4 to 1/2 inch cdx sanded one side plywood…then draw and cut the patterns out with a jigsaw…cdx means it is an exterior grade plywood, and sanded one side means it will be sanded and have few plugs and knots and have a good smooth side for the finished side showing
