What little situations in life make it all worthwhile?
I love to get into my nice cool bed on a hot summers day and have a snooze while everyone else is going about doing their daytime stuff. Sometimes I leave the radio on and the music features in my dreams and sometimes, as a treat, I’ll flip the pillow over so that my face is on the cool side. Lovely jubbly!
hey I do that too re cold sheets on hot days lol
The sweetest little situ’s that make it all worthwhile is when a child smiles or says thank you without a second thought.
I do hate it when I give someting to my nephews and my sisters says ’say thank you’ , usually the look on their face is thanks enough for me. But the other day I was walking past a child sitting on the wall who had dropped their doll ( she was about 4) I picked it up and handed it to her. Without a second thought she said ‘Thank you very much, really kind of you to help me’, and off she toddled to her parents. My heart melted, what a polite delightful little girl. Now that makes it all worthwhile
