what is the best color eyeliner for me?
ok so i have brown eyes, brown hair, and i have a great tan : )
what color eyeliner is best for me. i do have some restrictions though i dont want to look like a raccon(too much ya no) or some exotic girl with exotic colors (pink and purple ya no?) so whats the best color for me?
ps i use brownish black eyeliner
pss my mother says i have big eyes
With brown eyes, blue eyes, green eyes, you can do whatever you want there are no rules in makeup. Generally of thumb is you want your eye color to pop you use the complimentary color, that is the opposite color on the color wheel. With brown eyes, look at your eye and see what color flakes you may, if they are green you want to use red, blue use orange, here is a color wheel

So using a black brown is fine. Black may be too harsh for you since you mention that. You said your skin is tan. Bright bold shimmery colors which are in for fall will look pretty on tanned skin, like a turquoise or a bronze shimmer color like Teddy from Mac.
