Harvest Moon DS, marrying Flora/heart event help?
I’m trying to trigger Flora’s second heart event, the purple one in the Inn, but i’ve camped outside the inn for a week now and theres been no sign of Flora, even though I go in and out on the hour every hour.
Why wont this event trigger and how do I make it?
OK, stupid question, but do you definitely have Flora at purple heart level? It might be worth chatting to her and checking. In case you don’t know, throwing litter (like weeds) on the ground anywhere in the village causes people to stop liking you. The same also goes if you throw anything into the water when you’re fishing. If for some reason she is back down at black heart level, she really likes gifts of diamonds (from the second mine) and any type of curry. She also likes chocolate, but it’s not one of her favourites. Keep giving her gifts every day to bring her heart level back up to purple.
Flora’s purple heart event occurs between 1pm and 4pm in the Inner Inn lobby. It WON’T occur on a Tuesday. You may not actually have to see Flora going into the Inn. Get to the Inn for 1pm, and then just try entering and exiting until she shows up and the event triggers.
