Security for women travelers

Hello everyone, this is your defense minister, Xavier Smith, with a note about security. It specifically for women who are traveling for business or pleasure. In my profession I have known many people with different thoughts and habits related to personal security, and I say that I was so surprised and alarmed by what I saw. I recently had a conversation with someone who I am now comfortable to call my friend, target = "_self" title = "The Divine Miss White"> The Divine Miss White, also known as white Cathrine. Talk about empowering a woman! Empowerment is personified and if every woman had the passion, desire and mentality that has, I fear that there would need to do that as a self defense instructor.

The topic of our conversation was the safety of women travelers. I had the honor of Miss White asked me to give my thoughts on how the authority this topic. Cathrine mentioned that is the epitome of empowerment. What I do not talk, that's all she has lived to reach where he is today. My goal is to share some information with you to be deposited in your mental toolbox that should not happen for some of the things Miss White and many other women have experienced. The happy fact is, Miss White is still with us, but there are also many other women who have been full of injuries or a situation much worse, because the basic rules of self defense and knowledge have been ignored or not known. It is my desire to reverse this trend.

I felt very inspired by our conversation, I thought it would be prudent to share with you some basic rules designed to increase their knowledge of how to avoid becoming a victim or Statistics.

Rules to live when moving

• Keep your most powerful weapon you! I do not speak about the latest and greatest products market, or something that you can order online. I speak of matter between the ears. The mind is your best protection against becoming a victim, without exception! The problem is that humans and our "developed society" is often the case that we hear the alarm to maintain internal danger. Did you know that humans are the only people who feel safe and deliberate walk there?

• Use all your faculties at all times. This is true not only travel, but must be used at any time! Many years of military service left me with a mind I am always observed! Served me well so far. God has given to the use of sight, touch, taste, smell and hearing. As such, not worry about being rude to someone, if one or all senses tells you something is wrong. There are many women that can prevent sexual abuse because they do not want to be rude, but I have this setting, even the massacre intestine.

• Be more active! In addition to walking with a purpose, head and shoulders back, you must also keep their eyes scan the skies for anything that might cause concern. I see too many women completely engrossed in phone text messages to the point of not even see the car was once in centimeters. Imagine that someone was watching or looking for them because nobody knew no? Happened.

• Keep your right mind. Most have no idea if they would face aggression. Therefore, you must always think in terms of "what if" secnarios. I think everyone should have the basics of self defense because the law allows you to keep thinking, and you have a better chance of surviving an attack when you have learned and practiced the basic techniques of self defense.

• Finally, you must be prepared to use what you know! My philosophy is, it's better to be prepared and ready to use and not need it! Luck favors the prepared. It has been my experience that when you have confidence in self-defense and awareness, they will not even make it used. However, the spare wheel is safe in practice when you're not stuck with a flat tire? Well, security is no different!
