What to wear with a womans fitted navy blue blazer? More info inside?
It’s an old 80’s blazer, looks brand new, very dark navy blue, little buttons, very small padded shoulders, it fits me very well (surprising considering the tag says size 4 and I’m a 10).
What do I wear with this?
I was thinking, black skinny jeans, ruffle collared white shirt underneath, I’m at a loss for the shoes though? Black booties?
Any ideas please?

I’m not so sure about navy with black. Black, brown, navy, etc generally aren’t supposed to be joined among one another. It’s not a solid rule, but in this case, I’d say no on the black and navy.
I think you have a good idea thought with the skinny jeans, but I might recommend them in a very dark navy shade versus the black (darker than the blazer itself)
You might be thinking this is too much, navy, but that’s where the rest of the accessories come in. I would either pair the blazer with a cami/blouse combination,or just the cami alone. The white is a good idea, but the ruffles maybe outdated. If you do an unbuttoned blouse in white, you can peek a camisole underneath (or, again, just the cami alone) in a color of your choice (red, blue, etc). The nice thing about this is that you can pair this with booties (liek you mentioned) that match, and also add accessories that match the cami as well (headband, earrings, bracelet, scarf, purse, even the booties,etc.)
For example. The navy blazer/jeans with a camisole peeking out in a color of your choice…with high scrunchy faux leather BCBG boot heels in khaki or red or grey to match.
Finally, if you decide against the booties, some peekaboo suede pumps might be a cute idea with the skinny jeans as well.
