Introduction:
Marriage adjustment offers a happy family and help both the husband and wife to deal with situations of change successfully, although contradictory aspects of the personality of the husband and wife. Among the situations they face and adaptability is the presence of an autistic child as a member the family, autism is a disorder of childhood characterized by an inability for social interaction and communication and failure in the game imaginative, and a measure of activity has decreased and in general find it interesting that before the third year of age of the agreement and understanding between family Members, especially parents, is a main factor in child development in the training program is very important for autistic children and parents the child is trained to rely on their car in autonomous and develop their skills in a framework that parental stress caused the child's level of development might be affected the nature of the adjustment of relationships between parents and the nature of personality traits of parents (eg depression, anxiety or obsession)

The problem of study: –
The problem of study is determined on the following questions: –
1 – There are significant differences mean scores between the group of autistic children in the training program used in the pre-and post-test?
2 – There is a statistically relationship significant relationship between marital adjustment in children with autism and parents of their pace of development in the training program?
3 – There is a statistically significant relationship between personality traits (depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions) parents of autistic children and the degree of development of the autistic child in the program?
4 – There are significant differences between parents of children of military medium and adjusted properly in place – training program test.
5 – There are significant differences between mean scores of children from the obsessions of high and low personality traits (depression, anxiety. and compulsions) post – test training program.

The importance of the study:
The importance of the study is to study the relation ship marital adjustment and personality traits (depression, anxiety and compulsive obsessions) autistic child's parents and the degree of autism on child development training programs in that our understanding of autism is increasing, and to enrich research in this area, specifically, whether there is a scarcity of research that has addressed the development of preparedness programs for autistic children in Egyptian society, namely the self – care programs.

Children examined in this study is to recognize their problems and needs, so the family is the nucleus of society, further demonstrating its relationship with adjustment Marriage education is the core of socialization of children with good health.

Study aims:

The study is represented in the following points: –
1 – the discovery of the effect of the training program in the development of capacities for self-management in the older group autism.
2 – exploring the nature of the relationship between the adjustment of marriage of parents of children with autism and the rate of autism in child development programs training.
3 – Discover the nature of the relationship between personality traits (parental depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions) autistic child, and the rate of development of autistic children in the training program.
4 – The discovery of the nature of the differences between corrected and uncorrected marcialment children in the post – program tests training.
5 – the discovery of the nature of the differences between children of high and low on personality characteristics (anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions testing) to message – the training program.

Since –
1 – There are significant differences between the score average group of autistic children in the training program in advance – and post – test post – test the ability of self-care
2 – There is a statistically significant difference between the scores of marital adjustment of parents of autistic children and the degree of progress of children with autism in the training program.
3 – There is a relationship statistically significant relationship between personality traits (depression, anxiety and compulsive obsessions) in parents of autistic children and the rate of progression of autistic child in the training program.
4 – There is a statistically significant relationship between the average scores of the differences between adjusted and militarily desajustats the post – test program of training.
5 – There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the children of parents high and low on features personality (depression, anxiety and obsessions, compulsions) to the post – test training program.

* The long-term study:
The study is limited by study participants, and the Egyptian population from which the sample is selected and the variables studied as a control measure measures used and the statistical techniques used.
procedures of the study *:
(Participants): –
1 – A group of children with autism: a series of 23 autistic children aged 6-12 years, selected "Abaa Abnaa wa" mental health center, and Al-Ebn Al Khas "center for children who have needs Special Mental Health.
2 – Children with autism from the group of parents: A number of 46 participants who are in the original group of parents of autistic children (23) and mother (23) the father, aged 30 to 50 years. Old)

The following procedures are used statistical
1 – correlation coefficient, Spearman's rank
2 – WilKockson Test (w)
3 – Mann – Whitney (U)

The results of the study: –
In response to the scenarios, the study results were represented as follows: –
1 – No statistically significant difference between pre – and post test – test in the group with autism training program for the post – test.
2 – No no statistically significant relationship between personality traits (depression, anxiety and compulsive obsessions), parents of children with autism and autism as the child progresses throughout the training program.
3 – No statistically significant between personality traits (depression, anxiety and compulsive obsessions) between parents of autistic children and the degree of progression of autistic children in the training program.
4 – There are significant differences between scores average mothers maritalment line and the average scores of children of mothers maritalment misfits, on the other hand, there was no statistically significant differences between average military parents of children adjusted and inadequate training program after the test.
5 – No statistically significant differences between mean scores of children in these personality traits of high and low (depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsive) to the message – test program of training.
