Stupid question… how the heck do I put a duvet cover onto a queen size quilt?

I can barely manage a single, let alone a queen sized duvet cover on my own! Basically my dog had a little wee on it (no idea why) so I washed it, ironed it, and now I’m totally stuck. My mum doesn’t get home till 7, but I’m freaking out! I can’t put it on!

Will someone please kindly give me step by step instructions on how to do this alone? I feel so silly!

the way I put covers on is as follows:

when I take it off, I leave it inside-out. I wash and dry it inside-out, and I NEVER iron it! I simply put my arms inside, so that each side seam is against my arm, and I keep going until each hand reaches each top corner. Then I grip the duvet, whilst holding onto the cover, and keeping a firm hold, I shake it/pull it so that it turns the right way out. Then I pull it into shape, shake it, and that’s it
