Luxury Comforter Sets

Good Quality Bedding set?

I am looking for a good quality good priced bedding set that includes a comfy comforter, sheet set, skirt, pillow shams and throw pillows. My bed is a queen. I have search bed bath and beyond, Macy’s, and JC Penneys. I can’t find what I am looking for. I like the colors blue and grey nothing too busy (not flowers), but nothing too plain (not solid color). Where did you purchase your bedding? Do you like it? What places do you recommend I look? What places have poor quality items that I should stay away from? Help I am moving in 2 weeks and I want to do my room before I move in if possible (at least painting)
OH and nothing too girly, its my husbands room too

To get a good quality bedding, you should buy sheets with a high thread count (thread count is the number of threads criss crossing within one square inch). A high thread count is 300 for some people, but I like thread counts over 400. But, don’t go under 300 thread count.

If you have a Home Goods store in your area, check there as I have found some of my favorite bedding there. Some solid sheet sets have a tone on tone design of stripes or damask for a nice textured look. And, I usually purchase separate solid colored pillow cases that match the comforter because pillow cases are the first to wear in a sheet set. Rotating the pillow cases keeps ‘em all looking newer longer.
