Washed Stencil

How to remove black mark on cotton jacket?
I have a light-beige cotton jacket. I got a black mark on the sleeve. It looks like a stencil mark or something, anyway it looks more like ink than paint though it could possibly be toner from a printer or photocopier at work. I tried rubbing some stuff called “Vanish” on it and washed it (it’s washable in a washing machine) but it made no difference. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!
You may try one of those Tide spot remover pens. They can be found most anywhere.
I carry one with me to use for accidental food or grease spots and they work fine.
